From Zuclo you have a wonderful view of the "Busa di Tione" and the Adamello group. The Ridever and Rio Molina torrents define the borders with Tione and Bolbeno. The village is situated on the right bank of the Sarca river at the foot of Monte Pizza (1878 m), on the Durone Pass road (1039 m), the ancient Roman road that was once the only connection with Lake Garda. Its position and the natural environment with large spruce, larch and beech woods give the village its typical alpine character. There are many hiking trails: different routes that climb up the mountains and offer a wonderful view of the valley.
Zuclo is of Roman origin: after the Longobard period and that of the Chapter of Verona, these lands passed in 1284 to the Prince-Bishop of Trento, who administered them until 1796, when Napoleon ceded them to Austria.
