Once you arrive, Morzine reveals its full playground. Its 120 km of slopes, linked to the vast Portes du Soleil area, offer every kind of skiing experience: panoramic, playful, sometimes sporty, often contemplative. You glide from wide sunlit runs to quiet forest trails, right up to the ridges overlooking the village and showcasing the beauty of the mountains. Every day on the snow feels like a special moment, whether you're a beginner, an enthusiast or simply someone who loves wide-open landscapes.

And then, there’s everything that happens beyond skiing. Morzine is a village that truly breathes the mountains: dog sledding on fresh snow, the gentle trot of ski-joëring horses in the morning mist, peaceful snowshoe walks leading to silent viewpoints, moments of relaxation in a spa or around a local fondue, evenings when the village comes to life sometimes cosy, sometimes lively, but always warm and welcoming. For the 2025–2026 winter season, Morzine welcomes the Aigles du Léman for a spectacular, immersive experience at the heart of the ski area. Up on the Nyon plateau, flight demonstrations, interactive activities and special encounters will set the pace of the winter.

The big new feature this year is the “Dahu Hunt”, a fun and imaginative adventure that sends children and adults alike searching for the legendary creature, guided by a steppe eagle.

Visitors will also be able to watch Darshan, the imperial eagle, take to the sky, try their luck at “Falcon Wins”, or explore the exhibition dedicated to the reintroduction of the white-tailed eagle. From 4 January, the “Ski with the Eagles” experience will offer the chance to ski alongside the giant of the Alps, while falconry workshops will allow for an intimate moment with these fascinating birds. A unique programme blending sport, nature and pure wonder.
