In the southernmost part, the Mattmark reservoir is the starting point for impressive hikes. You can even reach Italy via the historic Monte Moro Pass or the Antrona Pass.
In winter Saas-Almagell offers wide pistes and beautiful cross-country ski runs. There is also an ice rink, cool toboggan runs and fantastic winter walking trails.
