Welcome to this charming 4½-room apartment with wonderful views of the Lower Engadine Dolomites. The apartment is located in the centre of the village of Ftan. The cross-country ski trail, children’s snow area, ski bus and the Ftan-Prui chairlift are all within a few minutes’ walk.

Ftan is situated on a sunny plateau away from the crowds. On the opposite side of the valley, the impressive Lower Engadine Dolomites rise behind Tarasp Castle, creating a picture-perfect alpine landscape. The 400-year-old Alpine Mill of Ftan tells the story of the region’s once-thriving grain culture. The Ftan-Prui chairlift quickly and comfortably takes you into the mountains and, in winter, directly to the Motta Naluns ski area. The children’s snow area with magic carpet lift makes it easy for beginners to start skiing and is located close to the apartment. The sledging run between Prui and Ftan guarantees winter fun for all ages.

Thanks to its spacious layout, the apartment offers plenty of room and benefits from a sunny south-west orientation. Located in the attic level, it features two balconies with unobstructed views of the impressive Engadine mountains. Upon entering, guests are welcomed by a spacious entrance hall with wardrobe. The cosy living room with dining table, sofa and fireplace invites you to relax and unwind. The kitchen, renovated in 2009, is fully equipped. The three spacious bedrooms each have 2–3 beds. For younger guests, a baby cot and a Tripp Trapp chair are available. Both balconies are furnished with a table and chairs – stunning views included. The apartment features a large bathroom (bathtub/shower/toilet) as well as a separate toilet. A parking space is available in the underground garage. On the same floor there is also a private storage room with ski storage. A lift takes guests to the upper floor, although a few steps still need to be climbed to reach the apartment.
