Welcome to this gently renovated 90-square-metre 5.5-room apartment located in the former stable of an original Engadine house in Scuol.
The apartment enjoys a very central yet quiet location. Within just a few minutes on foot, you can reach the main street with its many regional shops as well as the bus stop for the short transfer to the Motta Naluns mountain railway base station or Scuol-Tarasp railway station.
Spread over two floors, the apartment offers four bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower/WC. The spacious living room with open-plan kitchen on the upper floor impresses with its high ceilings and abundance of natural light thanks to the roof windows. Children will love their own play corner in the upper part of the living room, while the Swedish wood-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere during winter.
A comfortable sofa area, Smart TV and a generous dining area with a cosy corner bench complete the living space. One of the four bedrooms is located on the upper floor, while the remaining three bedrooms are situated on the ground floor. All bedrooms are furnished with double beds. One bedroom also offers the option of adding a sofa bed for extra sleeping space. Two baby cots are available as well.
The ground floor also features a second bathroom with shower/WC and an entrance area with storage space for skis and other sports equipment. The apartment offers broadband internet access.

The surrounding area is ideal for short and long walks through a unique natural and cultural landscape that begins practically at your doorstep. Local shops along the Stradun are within easy walking distance. The ski bus stop can be reached within 2 minutes on foot, as can the Bogn Engiadina spa with its unique thermal baths and sauna facilities. The ski bus is free of charge during winter. The cross-country ski trail is only 850 metres away.
