Near to the lakes are ancient wells and mineral springs, and the head of the valley leads up to the unique Silfserjoch National Park. Traditional mountain huts serve regional meals made from fresh local ingredients. The popular Schwemmalm ski area in Ultental Valley is ideal for skiers and snowboarders, and also offers special facilities for children and younger gusts, including a brand-new Bagjump, a giant air cushion.
