The Zurziberg area is botanically very interesting. With some attention and at the right time of year, rare orchids or the magnificent Turk's cap lily can be spotted here and there. The Blue Stonecrop can also be found in some places.
At the beginning of the route, you cross the charming spot of Bad Zurzach before the ascent to the highest point on the Zurziberg, the "Hörndli", begins. From Hörndli you can enjoy the magnificent view over the Aargau High Rhine. A panorama board helps with orientation and also provides information about some geological processes. A fire pit with benches and seats invites you to linger. After that, the route continues towards Tegerfelden. From the forest edge, you pass through the district of "Läubrig" and then reach the village center. At the PostBus stop "Tegerfelden, Hochbrücke", you can take the bus back to Bad Zurzach.
