Nature adventure trail Flums-Kleinberg

The nature adventure trail is located in unspoiled nature on Flums Kleinberg. It leads from the Berghotel Schönhalden at 1500 m.a.s.l. along hiking trails, alpine meadows and through mountain forest to the Flums-Saxli valley station at 600 m.a.s.l. There are many beautiful viewpoints where it is worth enjoying the panorama. There is a lovely fireplace halfway along the trail. The exciting nature trail can be hiked downhill or uphill or ridden on a bike.

Topics such as alpine farming, protection forest, geology, wildlife and nature conservation are covered on 23 boards. The walk takes around 2.5 hours. The Flums-Saxli valley station can be reached in 5 minutes by car from Flums or by post bus from Flums railroad station. Good footwear is required in any case.
