Our boarding house is situated amidst the impressive mountainarea of the Stubaital
in Milders near Neustift.
It was built in the year 1760. This house is completely renovated and featured in a nice, comfortable and cosy Tyrolean style. The locality is absolutely central in a quiet area. You surely will enjoy and relax in "Stubaier" forests and mountains.

Our ski-regions Stubaitaler Gletscher, Schlick 2000, Elferlifte and Serleslift can be reached easily with car
or the ski-bus (included in the ski pass).

Distance from the boarding house to the ski-bus stop, cross-country trail, ski-school office, supermarket and to our hotel "Zum Holzknecht" is only 150 meter.

Furthermore, you will find a cross-country ski run and 4 different toboggan runs near our house.

We also offer a local skating rink: Possibiltity of ice-skating as well as bavarian curling.

Equipment of the rooms:
Bath-room with shower, television, radio with wake-up call.
Some rooms have a balcony.

Further equipment:
Wellness-area with steam bath, sauna, whirlpool, different showers, kneipp-bassin, spa as well as a
lawn for sunbathing and a playground for children.
