Location

Our cottage is situated in a wonderful location named Milders in Stubai. We are a family business and try to garant our guests original tirolean atmosphear. The diversity of valleys and mountains around Milders gives the place unique charm. In autumn 2004 we have rebuilt and as a consequence a wonderful “sanarium” is available.

The busstop, ca. 2 minutes away, garants a quick connection to the ski or hiking areas.

In our direct vicinity there are several restaurants, a pizzeria, bars, shops, a ski rental and a hair dresser. Practice lift and night skiing only 300m away (more details at www.sonnenbergbahn.at ).

Breakfast Room

Rich breakfast-buffet. The breakfast-room also gives you the possibility to spend a nice time together. Special chairs for kids are placed. Only domestic products.

Rooms

Our cottage has 1 single bed-room, 3double bed-rooms and 4 three bed-rooms. All rooms have bathroom or shower/toilet, hair-dryer, balcony, Sat-TV, radio-alarm-clock.

We also offer: a large terrace, a playground for kids and a special ski- and shoe-room.

Wellness

Our new “Sanarium” is an oasis of relaxation. After hiking, skiing, sliding,... the Sanarium gives new energy. We also offer a fitness-room with table-tennis and a lot of fitness utensils.

As a guest of our house your guest card gives you free access to the indoor and outdoor swimming pool in Neustift from April to December.
