Here at our apartments in Ötztal high above Sölden, your mountain adventure begins at 1441 meters above sea level. And ends far beyond the three thousand meter mark. Our apartments in Ötztal are the starting point for active sporting experiences and retreats for romantic hours against the splendid backdrop of the Alps. Enjoy mild summer evenings on the balcony while Sölden shines on the valley floor - and the stars are twinkling high above you. In winter you can watch the snowflakes fall, snuggled up in comfortably warm blankets.

Prices are excl. final cleaning and tourist tax (€ 3,50 person / day)
We reserve the right to take a deposit of € 150,- per apartment on arrival,
if the apartment is in order, they will of course be refunded.
Cancellation terms:
- You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months prior to arrival.
- From 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 40%.
- From 1 month to 1 week, it is 70% and if you cancel in the last week prior to arrival we charge 100% of the booking price.
