The Kerber apartment house is situated in a marvellous spot in a sunny hillside location at the Geigenbühel. From here you have a unique view of Seefeld and the surrounding mountain scenery.The 'Schmankerl-Alm' restaurant with sun patio, located right next to the ski slope is open throughout the winter. Our customers enjoy reduced admission to the Seefeld Olympic indoor swimming pool and in summer free admission to the Alpenbad Leutasch. We are a founding member of the Seefeld-Wildmoos golf club (30% discount on green fees) and of the Seefeld Golf Academy (50% discount on green fees)! Further information We offer apartments ranging from 32 to 100m² in size, comprising one to four rooms and sleeping 2-7 persons. All apartments are nicely and comfortably furnished and have balcony or terrace, dish washer, TV, radio, and phone. Sheets and towels provided.

Payment modalities: Cash, EC card, Mastercard or VISA.

The general terms and conditions of the Austrian hotel industry apply. Cancellations up to 61 days before arrival are free of charge. 60 days to 31 days before arrival 50% of the rental price will be charged. Cancellations from 30 days before arrival will be charged with 100% of the rental price. The place of jurisdiction is Innsbruck.

Noter

The daily price is for the number of persons stated in the price list. Each additional person is charged € 15,- per day, infants up to 3 years (on the day of arrival) are free of charge. Check in from 15:00, check out until 10:00

Additional costs: Final cleaning: Type I € 51,- / Type III-V € 63,- / Type VI-X € 75,-, Tourist tax: € 3,50 per person and day (children up to 15 years free) / Daily cleaning possible for an extra charge / For dogs we charge € 11,- per day and the final cleaning increases by € 10,- per dog / Garage parking space: € 10,-- per day.

All apartments are equipped with telephone, WLAN, radio and cable TV. The kitchens have a stove, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and some have an oven. Linen and towels are included in the price.

The saunas in our SPA are open Sunday to Friday from 5 p.m. and are free of charge (children under 16 are not permitted in the sauna). Reduced admission to the Olympia indoor pool Seefeld from Monday to Friday. Daily free admission to the Alpenbad Leutasch for 4 hours.
