Cancellation free of charge up to 15 days before the start of your holiday
From 14 days and in the event of no-show, 100% of the total stay will be charged.
This also applies to late arrival and early departure.

In the event of a cancellation less than 15 days before arrival, we do not guarantee any cancellation costs if the following applies:

• if a border closure due to the pandemic makes travel impossible
• if the hotel were officially closed
• if our ski area were officially closed
• if your official residence would be under quarantine
• The traveler (s) or the people living in the same household tested positive for Corona when they planned to start their vacation (medical certificate must not be older than 48 hours) or the officially prescribed quarantine has not yet ended at the time of arrival. (Obligation on your part to present the document to us for evidence).
