The varied hike from the art nouveau spa Val Sinestra leads over several suspension bridges through the landscape of 2011 to Zuort and on to the hamlet of Vnà.

The starting point is either in the well-preserved Engadine village of Sent or at the Val Sinestra spa hotel. Both starting points can be easily reached by public transport. From Sent, you walk the first six kilometres on a forest road, without any great gradient, to the Val Sinestra Kurhaus. The Val Sinestra Art Nouveau building was built in 1912 as a spa hotel, and today houses a hotel and restaurant. Just below the mighty Kurhaus, one crosses the Brancla for the first time. In the woods, follow the stream uphill and after a while you will come across the first and shortly after that the second suspension bridge to be crossed. The view of the sometimes wild, but mostly calm mountain stream is adventurous. Then the valley opens up again and you reach the inn and restaurant Hof Zuort on a clearing. After Zuort the forest turns into pasture land and soon you reach the cluster of houses called Griosch. The Tanna da Muntanella restaurant is at the turning point of the hike. From here you do not continue into the valley, but walk along the well-maintained forest road back towards the Lower Engadine. After a good five kilometres you reach the hamlet of Vnà along this path.
