Our house is located just outside the city, in the district of Schüttdorf, on the southern shore of Lake Zell. No matter what time of year, here is the ideal starting point for your feel-good stay. Less than 5 minutes walk to the valley station of the AreitXpress, bus and train stops in the immediate vicinity.

As part of half-board, you start with a delicious breakfast from the buffet. In the evening you are welcome to enjoy delicious food from our dinner buffet. As an alternative, you can dine á la carte in our Pizzeria Papa Rudolfo. In our Kathis Café we serve coffee, tea, various drinks and a good selection of wines.

The VULCANO Spa is particularly relaxing - above the roofs of Zell am See. After an active day, saunas and a steam bath invite you to relax. The view of the surrounding mountains is unique.
