Perchtenhütte

The flat in the Perchtenhütte in the ski and alpine village of Koenigsleiten has approx. 45 square metres of living space (see sketch) and is located in the Waldsiedlung, an oasis of peace and cosiness.

From there, however, it is only a 1-minute walk to the supermarket and between 5 and 10 minutes to the lift, which opens up the entire Zillertal Arena with its 150 kilometres of pistes.
Alternatively, you can use the village bus, which has a stop at the entrance to the Waldsiedlung (approx. 150 metres away). The journey time to the lift is approx. 5 minutes!
There are cross-country ski trails in the immediate vicinity in Hochkrimml, at the Durlaßboden reservoir near the Finkau inn, and in Gerlos.
One of Europe's longest toboggan runs is also located in the neighbouring ski area, where the same lift ticket is valid as for the Zillertal Arena, and can be reached after a short drive of approx. 20 minutes.

Whether skier or boarder, beginner or advanced, 2 ski schools with sports shops offer lessons and equipment for all requirements and sports.

The flat itself is a cosy 3-room flat with central heating. See photos. It consists of:

• Kitchen-living room (fridge, 4-ring hob, oven, etc.) with dining area
• sitting area
• Sat or cable TV
• Bedroom with double bed
• second bedroom with bunk beds
• shower, WC
• Car park directly in front of the house
• Outdoor bench and table

All in all, just right for 4 people and a successful holiday
