• Location *

Our house is situated in a quiet, sunny location. Ski resorts (Hochzeiger, winter and summer glacier) and other tourist attractions can be reached easily and quickly. The Hochzeiger ski resort is located just minutes from our house and offers what you expect from a holiday in the Alps. 100 meters from the house there is a bus stop where a free ski bus takes you to the ski resort.

• Apartments *

We offer 12 apartments (up to 6 people) and 4 rooms. All apartments are equipped with satellite TV, bath or shower, toilet and kitchen. For your convenience some apartments are additionally equiped with a dishwasher and a microwave, .

At your convenience there is fresh bread service (bread, eggs, milk) delivered to your room during weekdays.

Dietmar used to be a member of the Austrian national alpine ski team for 9 years. Unfortunately a knee injury ended his career in 1996 and from that time on he is working as a successful coach on the Worldcup Level. (Comeback coach of Reinfried Herbst).

If he is around he will be available to guide you and give you tips how to improve your skiing and help preparing your skis.

• Winters in Pitztal *

There is a wide range of Wintersports available almost all winter long such as Skiing, Freeriding, Snowboarding, Ski Touring and Cross Country. In addition the Pitztaler Glacier Valley is only 30 km away from Leins. For courageous and adventures individuals it is possible to hire a a state-certified mountain and ski guide, to descent into the valley on the rugged Taschachferner.

Sledding, ice skating, curling, paragliding and much more is waiting to be experienced for winter holiday fun.

Experience every day free access to the attractions of the Pitztal and its surroundings. Already on the day of arrival you will receive the Pitztal Sommer Card at our company.
So you can use a mountain railway or the XP adventure park every day for free. In addition, you get daily access to the other service partners, such as museums, swimming lake, climbing hall, Boulderstadl, Capricorn Center, and travel by public bus in the Pitztal, to Imst station or Imst Postplatz free - daily!
