Our house is directly located on the walk- und bicycle-path of Flachau and opposite of the ski bus station. Restaurants, bars and supermarkets are nearby. Distance to the city center about 500m.

The ski amusement starts at about 500meter (“Achter Jet”). Next start of a cross-country-slope in about 250meter. All skilift stations of Flachau are reachable by feet or stressless by the (free of charge) ski bus shuttle or with your car in about 3 minutes. Parking spaces are there enough available.

Our lovely prepared apartments are non-smoker flats and includes WiFi, safe, cable-/satellite TV and good equipped kitchens. Fresh bread-rolls are every day possible.

Landhaus Josefa also presents you a common room with table soccer & a small kidscorner. Outside with a skishoe-room, ski-lockers & a smoking area (with dart).

Flachau offers you with more than 200 snowing machines a absolute great ski area between december and easter. With more than 210 kilometer of ski slopes and 220 kilometer skating trails, is Flachau every year under the top 5 of the "most popular ski areas".

You will also enjoy Flachau as a "non-skiier" with the different options like winter hiking trails, toboggan runways, horse drawn sleigh ride and many more.
